Daily Japanese #13

Quote of the day:

-lit. Even if you change your face, the mirror will still condemn you
-the meaning is simple considering quite a long quote. It means both are the same, or the result won’t change despite what you do.
-this is a quote from Nikolai Vasilevich Gogol

Word of the day:

-refers to the rare semi-precious stone lapis lazuli. It can also be used as an abbreviation for the colour.

Word of the day EX:

魏 (ぎ/gi) (wei)

-this refers to the Kingdom of Wei, a state of ancient China. Popularly referenced in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.

…today’s video is from a YT channel that is quite silly, but enjoyable to watch based around cameras.
